Description
CoolMax Radiator Coolant combines coolant, antifreeze, and corrosion inhibitor in one concentrated product, made with premium polyethylene glycol (MEG) and Direct Anode Deactivated Technology (DADT). It gives long-term protection against rust, corrosion, and seal degradation, raises the boiling point (up to 110C) and lowers the freezing point (down to -40C) of a 50/50 water mix, and meets OEM and international standards.
Characteristics: drain and flush old coolant before use; mix at 30-50% concentrate to water (e.g. 1 L coolant to 1-3 L water); recommended drain intervals are 250,000 km / 2,000 hr for light-duty vehicles and 650,000 km / 8,000 hr for heavy-duty vehicles.
Benefits: excellent rust and corrosion resistance in key engine areas; longer coolant drain intervals with resistance to hard-water scale buildup; raised boiling point to prevent overheating; lowered freezing point for cold climates; compatible with plastic, rubber, and water pump seals.
Typical characteristics: Appearance – bright and clear; Colour – green; Density at 15C – 1.08 g/cm3; Boiling Point – 109C; Freeze Point – -42C; pH – 8.6.
